My other cream/ointment suggestions: Cerave Lotion (tiny bit after each hand wash) Eucerin Complete Hand Repair 5% Urea (quite light, day cream) Eucerin Complete Care 10% Urea (hand night cream) Ideally: Dazzle Dry base + top as nice strengthener DD Base Coat DD Top Coat If not available any base coat will do but nothing "hardening"
