Hey, Duck! Today, we're diving into the world of nail art with a gorgeous chrome flower design. I'm beyond excited to walk you through each step of this intricate process.
I'm thrilled to have Aleana as my model today. Her calm demeanour allows me to focus on bringing this vision to life.
Preparation: We start by prepping Aleana's nails, ensuring they're clean and ready for our masterpiece. I use a Jelly Top Coat as the base as it's a no wipe top coat which means I don't have to bulk out the nail with an extra layer of polish.
Chrome Application: Using my sponge applicators and a selection of liquid chrome colours, we lay the chrome over the Jelly topcoat. The transformation is underway, and I can't wait to see the colours dance across Aleana's nails.
Artistic Flourish: Next, I apply topcoat, creating an enchanting oil-slick effect that adds depth and dimension to our floral design.
Floral Embellishments: Now comes the fun part – painting the intricate floral patterns onto the chrome surface, with a Lily liner brush. then i'll pour over the clear acrylic to create the sugared effect, i'll dust off any excess and that's it
