If you have overgrown skin around the nails and want to see how good your nails can look in 30 days JOIN THIS CHALLENGE!!
The goal of this challenge is to bring awareness to the fact that gentle, regular self-nail care can produce great results. No expensive tools are necessary.
Suggested items: Birchwood sticks: Kerasal (urea/salicylic acid/glycerin/vaseline) 1 drop of pure jojoba (enough for all 10 nails) after each hand wash

Challenge rules: - This challenge is open to any one of our subscribers (so you have to subscribe if you want to enter) who wants to see their nails/skin around the nails improve.
- Must have a Paypal account
- Submit BEFORE pictures between now and the end of this week (until June 19th, 2022 11:59 PM Barcelona Time) to: thesalonlife[at]gmail.com Subject: "PNF Challenge"
- Clear pictures of your nails. Right hand 4 nails, left hand 4 nails, right thumb and left thumb
- Pictures must be sharp and have a good resolution on a white background. No polish, nails wiped with alcohol.
- Must do this daily for 30 days: - daily PNF nudge - daily application of urea-based cream around the nails at night (preferably Kerasal) - a drop of oil after each hand wash (jojoba preferably but others will work too) - obviously, no cutting the skin around the nails- I can tell!
- Send AFTER pictures from the same email address JULY 18th - 24th JULY 2022 Challenge CLOSES July 24th, 2022 at 11:59pm
We are going to pick 5 favourite examples
On the 28th of July 2022, we will post a video with our favourite picks and make a poll on Youtube and you guys can vote for your favourite nails until July 31st at 11:59pm Barcelona/Madrid Time.
On Aug 01, 2022, we will see who the 3 winners are!
First place will get $100 USD 2nd place with get $50 USD 3rd plate will get $25 USD
