I recommend this routine: Shorten the nails if possible. Day 1-6 Bare nails and OPI Repair Mode twice a day Possibly some adhesive on the cracked nail. Only 1 drop. Day 7 Shorten the nails, apply OPI Repair Mode, wait 1-2 hours, warm oil soak Day 8 wipe your nails with alcohol, put clear coat, wear for a week week later: Day 15 remove polish, OPI Repair, let dry, warm oil soak and the next day clear polish and so on OPI Repair Mode available at Beyond Polish (use code TSL10 for 10% off) OPI Repair Mode (Amazon)
