No, this is not fungus. The white spots are caused by constant and prolonged nail polish wear and the nail separation (onycholysis) is due to micro trauma. I used: Healthy Air Source Capture System Prontoman Spray (testing it) Classic Nippers Ultra Thin Diamond File: all other tools from our v2 kit: e-file bits: Erica's Small Tapered Barrel (medium) Nail Polish: Dazzle Dry
These kind of pedicures take me about 1h 15 min and I charge 45€ (21% tax included) I'm located in Lloret de Mar, Girona, Spain. more info.... this is one of my clients who comes every 2 months. About chronic onycholysis: Many of my clients experience it and they have had it for a while so it's very difficult to correct it unless they are willing to: - have the lifted part of the nail trimmed every 2 weeks - change the shoes so the toes are not squished (the cause of this kind of onycholysis is improper shoes!) - go without polish for 12-18 months Cutting the nails out once without changing the above will not correct the issue. I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the exfoliation disks. I use them with my e-file set to reverse and about 20-25K RPM. I used 100 grit first and then I finished with a diamond disc.
