For base coat I recommend this one (available in EU)
It doesn’t last very long (2-3 days)but it’s nitrocellulose free and very gentle. Nitrocellulose is not “dangerous” but it can yellow the nails and it can cause some surface damage when it degrades on the nail over time. More info about nitrocellulose here: Chemist explains nitrocellulose
